Puig has developed the Brake Cooler, a system that reduces the average temperature of brake calipers by up to 30 degrees, improving both performance and braking feel.

Brakes are a key element for safety and for providing good feedback while riding. However, in demanding situations —such as hard and continuous braking or high ambient temperatures— they can operate above their ideal thermal range, resulting in a loss of braking effectiveness and feel.

To address this issue, Puig has developed the Brake Cooler, a system that reduces the average temperature of brake calipers by up to 30 degrees, improving both performance and braking feel.

Additionally, thanks to the included lower deflector, it significantly reduces turbulence generated at the front wheel, contributing to a more stable and aerodynamically efficient ride.

The kit is composed of four pieces: two cooling ducts for the brake calipers and two "wheel cover" type deflectors.

All parts have been designed and manufactured entirely in Barcelona, leveraging experience alongside the HRC MotoGP team and in WSBK with the current Bimota team, using the most advanced technical plastic molding technologies.

The metal supports with anti-corrosion treatment provide a strong and durable structure with a discreet textured black finish that integrates perfectly with the bike's aesthetics.
